The role

We are looking for a person with good COMMUNICATION skills and the capacity to work in a COLLABORATIVE environment.

What you'll do

*Instill the BAUHAUS values in their colleagues.

*Share "best practices" with their colleagues to improve and optimize the operation of the sections and the store.

*Demonstrate fighting spirit and resilience in the face of daily difficulties and conflicts.

*Comply with and ensure compliance with the prevention measures established by the company.

*Guarantee customer service based on quality and ensuring service satisfaction.

*Perform complex sales actions such as multi-section sales.

*Update the assortment together with the store manager/assistant.

*Comply with BAUHAUS standards.

*Ensure item stock and plan commercial action.

*Improve and assist in the training of your team members.

*Plan schedules and shifts taking into account the needs of your section.

*Effective support during the adaptation phase of new hires.

*Detection of training needs within your team and transmission to management.

*Inform and hold team meetings to guarantee communication.

How you'll work
