The role

We want to hire a Cashier/Information Supervisor and, to do so, we are looking for 1 new member who wants to be part of our team.

What will you have to do in your day-to-day as a Cashier and Information Supervisor?

What you'll do

- Guarantee the cash collection processes by the entire team.

- Management of documentation specific to the section.

- Organization of training courses for new workers.

- Transmit to management the growth proposals within the company for the workers under their charge who deserve a promotion.

- Optimal induction of the second-in-commands of the section by teaching them with all the material that may be useful to them to develop the task effectively.

- Team meetings whenever there are substantial changes at an organizational level.

- Help the store manager when providing evaluations to the workers under their charge.

- Improvement and assistance in the training of the workers under their charge so that their customer service is increasingly qualified and professional.

- Weekly shift planning (Vacations, breaks, time to recover, etc.) taking into account the flow of customers during peak hours.
