What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals with experience in customer service and face-to-face sales, with a minimum of 2 years in sales. A results orientation, sales by objectives, KPI monitoring, and personalized advice are essential. We will value the capacity for autonomous store management, including opening, closing, and cash handling. Desirable is at least 1 year in the sleep sector, with more than one year of direct experience in sleep or furniture. We will also value profiles with experience in other commercial sectors with solid face-to-face experience and orientation toward objectives, such as furniture, telephony, car sales, and appliances. - Intermediate level office automation skills are preferred. Residence in Murcia or surrounding areas.

As part of the Bed's sales team, your main mission will be the integral management of the point of sale to achieve the objectives and indicators set by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction as the main differentiating element. What will you have to do? • Sales, advice, and customer service, oriented toward conversion and closing. • Follow-up of quotes and sales opportunities. • Stock and inventory control. • Compliance with brand image protocols and commercial campaigns. • Achieving or exceeding the commercial KPIs set by the company. • Management of financing as a sales tool. • Administrative management and cash collection. • Logistics follow-up and management.
