• Basic training in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or alternatively, demonstrable professional experience in similar roles.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar position. Previous experience as a shop assistant or retail salesperson will be valued, as well as demonstrable experience in the hospitality sector.
• Hold a valid food handling certificate, essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (spreadsheet software) and email for order management.
• Previous experience and proficiency in using the POS system (Point of Sale terminal).
• Demonstrable practical experience in cash register opening and closing procedures.

Salary according to the Murcia Commerce collective agreement, approximately 1000-1200 euros net per month.

12-hour weekly working day

Rotating shifts from 10 AM to 4 PM or from 4 PM to 10 PM.

Friday and Saturday.

If the store opens on holidays or Sundays, the day off will be rescheduled accordingly.

• Provide personalized service to customers, resolving their questions during the purchasing process and guiding people about available products.
• Ensure proper display, organization, and preservation of all products in the store.
• Handle customer payments, manage the POS system (Point of Sale terminal, the electronic device used to process transactions and print labels) and manage cash register closing accurately at the end of the shift.
• Efficiently manage product inventories to always know current stock availability.
• Place orders, as well as receive and organize incoming merchandise, ensuring proper availability and adequate product replenishment.
• Promote a positive store image and company values, actively promoting products, special offers, and specific campaigns to generate additional sales.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized, including displays and all other daily work tools.
• Resolve issues related to the workspace or customer service in a proactive and efficient manner.
