Belros, a leading company in the gift and entertainment sector, is selecting personnel for the position of Store Manager with a 40-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Sunday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, at its store located in the Travesía Shopping Center in Vigo, Pontevedra for a REPLACEMENT.

As store manager, you will hold a key role in our company both with customers and our team. Your functions to be performed are:

What you'll do

Guaranteeing excellent customer service during the sales process.
Maintenance of the store image, ensuring good presentation and preservation of products.
Placement and organization of merchandise according to concept, preparation and implementation of campaigns, product replenishment, and cleaning.
Stock control and receipt of orders
Planning and organizing store activities
Coordinating and supervising the sales team under your responsibility
Reporting information regarding store operations and monitoring results.
