What you'll do
- Analyze and define logistics processes aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in the implementation, evolution, and optimization of SAP solutions oriented towards logistics.
- Configure and parameterize tools according to functional requirements.
- Design dashboards, metrics, and indicators (KPIs) for activity monitoring.
- Act as an interlocutor between business areas and technical teams.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose value-added solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation and coordinate user testing.
