Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Learning, Time & AI

At BEIGAR, we are looking to hire a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with experience in the Learning and Time Management modules, as well as knowledge of Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to Human Resources.

We are looking for a profile with the ability to participate autonomously in analysis, design, configuration, and implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, collaborating with business and technology teams.

• Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Analyze business needs and transform them into functional and technical solutions.
• Identify and design AI use cases to automate tasks, improve user experience, and optimize Human Resources processes.
• Lead workshops with business teams and coordinate the implementation of solutions.
• Manage projects and workstreams autonomously, performing monitoring of planning, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and SAP to ensure the execution of solutions.

• Location: Madrid.
• Required experience: 5-7 years.

• Professional experience of 5 to 7 years.
• Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions.
• Functional and configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning: training processes, assignments, catalogs, programs, user management, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / Time Management, preferably with knowledge of Employee Central, Time Off, Time Sheet, and time rules.
• Cross-functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors suite and the dependencies between its modules.
• Experience in the configuration and deployment of Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to HR processes.
• Ability to perform functional and technical analysis, requirements definition, GAP Analysis, and functional documentation.

• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules: Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Compensation.
• Experience with AI capabilities of the SAP ecosystem applied to SuccessFactors.
• Experience in People Analytics and Story Reports.
• Knowledge of integrations with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).
• Analytical capacity, results orientation, effective communication, and work in multidisciplinary teams.
