SAP SuccessFactors Technician – Learning, Time & AI

At BEIGAR, we are looking to hire an SAP SuccessFactors Technician with knowledge of the Learning and/or Time Management / Time Tracking modules, an interest in new technologies, and the motivation to participate in artificial intelligence and automation initiatives applied to Human Resources processes.

We are looking for a proactive, analytical profile with learning capacity, who wants to continue developing professionally within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

• Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years and practical knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in implementation, maintenance, or platform evolution projects.
• Knowledge of Employee Central and previous experience in Learning and/or Time Management / Time Tracking.
• Interest in the new capabilities of artificial intelligence and automation applied to Human Resources.
• Ability to understand functional requirements and collaborate in the preparation of documentation, test cases, and solution design.
• Basic knowledge of reporting in SuccessFactors / People Analytics.
• Analytical capacity, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Compensation, as well as Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio.
• Experience in SuccessFactors configuration and participation in analysis, configuration, testing, incident resolution, and user support activities.
• Knowledge of integrations and technologies within the SAP ecosystem: APIs, Integration Suite, SAP BTP, and IAS/IPS.
