Senior IP Networks, LAN/WAN and Infrastructure Security Communications Consultant

At BEIGAR, we are looking for a Communications and Networks Consultant to participate in technology consulting projects, and the design and implementation of secure communications and IP network infrastructures.

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in requirements analysis, technical solution design, economic assessment, and supervision of LAN/WAN infrastructure implementation. The selected person must also have experience in CORE services, network equipment sizing, and technical project management, while maintaining direct communication with clients.

• Analyze client requirements and needs to define communications and network solutions.
• Design LAN and WAN communications infrastructures, supervising their implementation and commissioning.
• Prepare technical proposals and economic assessments associated with the proposed solutions.
• Design secure IP networks and participate in the implementation of CORE services, such as email, DNS, and virtualized environments.
• Size network equipment and define solutions adapted to technical and operational requirements.
• Manage, plan, and monitor technical projects.
• Maintain direct communication with clients to identify needs, coordinate actions, and monitor projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee the quality and correct execution of the implemented solutions.

• Work experience in consulting projects.
• More than 8 years of experience in requirements analysis, LAN/WAN network design and implementation, economic assessment of solutions, and supervision of their commissioning.
• More than 5 years of experience in secure IP network design, implementation of CORE services —email, DNS, virtualized environments, among others— and network equipment sizing.
• More than 4 years of experience in management, monitoring, and planning of projects with direct interaction with clients.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree corresponding to level 3 of the Spanish Framework of Qualifications for Higher Education (MECES).
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Minimum English level B2.

• C1 level of English or higher.
• Additional experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of communications infrastructures.
• Experience in the design of secure IP network architectures and CORE services.
• Ability to prepare technical and economic proposals.
• Communication, planning, organization, and customer orientation skills.
