University Internship - Infrastructure Alcobendas

• Final-year student of Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering or Building, or a related university master's degree.

It is essential to be able to formalize an internship agreement with the university or educational center.

• Interest in infrastructure management, construction, and asset maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and technical regulations.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or CAD tools.
• Analytical capacity / Organization and planning / Attention to detail / Proactivity and initiative.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally and the ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of MS Project is valued.
• Interest in data analysis and database creation.

This position is designed for students in their final university years who want to complement their academic training with high-value practical experience and real possibilities of joining the company as a junior professional once they have completed their studies.

Provide support to the Infrastructure area in technical management, regulatory control, and the monitoring of assets and facilities, acquiring a global vision of infrastructure management in a complex business environment.

• Support in the technical control, monitoring, and oversight of infrastructure, inventories, concessions, and rentals.
• Collaboration in the planning and monitoring of regulatory and statutory inspections.
• Support in the management of Fire Protection (PCI) inspections / Electrical installations / Authorized Control Bodies (OCA) / Scales / HVAC, water, and sanitation systems....
• Updating and maintaining databases and infrastructure inventories.
• Monitoring of concessions, authorizations, and administrative renewals.
• Support in the control of construction and maintenance activities associated with the infrastructure.
• Collaboration in the analysis of technical alternatives for repairs and facility improvements.
• Monitoring and budgetary control of rentals and infrastructure.
• Preparation of reports and technical documentation.
