We are looking to hire a Bunker Broker to reinforce our activity in national and international markets.
What you'll do
- Act as a key interlocutor between shipowners, operators, charterers, and fuel suppliers.
- Request, analyze, and negotiate bunker offers, ensuring the best price, quality, and supply conditions.
- Compare proposals from different suppliers and recommend the most competitive alternatives for each operation.
- Coordinate and supervise fuel deliveries with vessels, agents, and suppliers.
- Manage incidents related to fuel quality, quantity, or delivery.
- Perform integral follow-up of operations once the chartering is closed (post-fixing).
- Review and manage contractual and operational documentation, including Charter Parties, Recaps, NORs, SOFs, and Bills of Lading.
- Monitor calls, ETA, ETB, and ETD, guaranteeing fluid communication between all parties involved.
- Supervise and manage demurrage and dispatch situations.
- Resolve operational incidents during the voyage, minimizing impacts and providing agile solutions.
