ACCIONA, in its Urban Services business line, is hiring an intern for its Production Department at its headquarters in Alcobendas, Madrid.

What you'll do

Support to the production team in the management, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Street Cleaning and Urban Waste Collection service, working closely with the different departments to ensure correct operational execution, service efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

Functions:

Support in the implementation, monitoring and optimization of digital tools and technological platforms for service management.
Participation in the collection, analysis and reporting of operational data to improve decision-making.
Collaboration in monitoring contractual compliance and supervising service indicators (KPIs).
Support in preparing management reports, improvement proposals and operational optimisation plans.
Collaboration with the maintenance and workshop area in machinery control, including monitoring of inspections, consumption, vehicle inspections (ITV) and incidents.
Participation in the planning and organisation of human and material resources together with those responsible for the service.
Contribution to the improvement of operational and logistical processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and sustainability.
Collaboration with other departments (procurement, tenders, health and safety, quality and environment) to ensure the correct execution of the service.
Collaboration in the management of Alcobendas ACTUA Incidents.
Participation in keeping the IMS updated. OHS Quarterly review of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety data sheets for chemical products. Quality and Environment Chemical product technical data sheets. Environmental documentation for transfers: DI, NT, CT. Annual waste report.
Support in the development of innovation initiatives aimed at digitalisation and improving service performance.
