At Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, we are looking for a person to join the Marketing and Communication team of our Literary Division. They will be responsible for leading editorial marketing strategies for the Salamandra and Salamandra Graphic imprints, driving the positioning of new releases and the backlist, and coordinating digital initiatives aimed at growing our reader communities.

We are looking for a person with strategic vision, analytical capacity, and editorial sensitivity, capable of developing marketing and communication initiatives that contribute to the positioning of our authors, imprints, and publications.

What you'll do

  • Lead the marketing and communication strategy for different publishing imprints, driving both new releases and the backlist.
  • Design and execute launch, relaunch, and promotion campaigns for titles and authors, combining communication, advertising, and digital marketing actions.
  • Analyze sales results, campaigns, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maximize the impact of publications.
  • Manage budgets and coordinate cross-functional projects with editorial, commercial, and digital teams.
  • Drive the digital strategy of the imprints, including paid campaigns, CRM, and the development of reader communities.
