Are you passionate about process transformation and large-scale automation?

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join a strategic Hyperautomation team, participating in continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of critical processes within a leading organization in its sector.

You will be part of the Processes team within the Hyperautomation area, whose objective is to identify, analyze, and redesign complex processes to maximize their efficiency through automation and workflow orchestration.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to transform high-impact processes into automated solutions that generate real value for the organization.

Main duties

✅ Analysis and reengineering of complex and large-scale processes.

✅ Identification of improvement and automation opportunities.

✅ Process design and modeling using BPM methodologies.

✅ Definition of workflows and use cases for their automation.

✅ Collaboration with technical teams in the implementation of orchestration and automation solutions.

✅ Participation in digital transformation and hyperautomation initiatives.

✅ Presentation of proposals and results to different stakeholders.
