The Customer Performance Pilot is responsible for representing customer expectations and ensuring the convergence of vehicle performance.

• Main responsibilities

· Lead performance convergence during project phases.

· Coordinate validations and testing

· Guarantee compliance with corporate standards and applicable regulations.

· Cross-functional coordination: lead technical reviews and risk analyses as well as manage action plans to eliminate detected deviations.

· Continuous improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in processes, materials, and performance and apply problem-solving methodologies:

· Benchmarking and competitiveness: Propose innovative solutions that improve the perception of vehicle quality.
