We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer specialized in Golang to join one of our teams in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona. We are considering profiles of all seniority levels!

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Golang/Go, working with solutions based on AWS Cloud.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring their correct integration with other system components and efficient communication between services.
  • Participation in the design of scalable and efficient backend architectures.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD processes within a DevOps environment, ensuring continuous and high-quality deliveries.
  • Collaboration with the frontend development team in React and TypeScript for integrations (not the main focus).
  • Follow agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Work in an international environment using spoken English on a daily basis.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in computer engineering or equivalent.
  • +2 years of experience in software development with Golang.
  • Experience working in Cloud environments (ideally AWS).
  • Experience in developing REST API services, as well as handling XML and JSON.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
  • Advanced level of English for oral communication.
  • Availability to come to the Sant Cugat del Vallès office 2 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with frontend development (React and TypeScript)
  • Experience working under Agile methodology (SCRUM and TDD).
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
