Technical Coordinator

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in engineering or technical coordination roles, preferably in the desalination or water treatment plant sector.
• Solid understanding of the EPCM methodology and its application in large engineering projects.
• Proven experience in the coordination of multiple engineering disciplines.
• Specific experience in the preparation and presentation of technical tenders for industrial projects.
• High level of English for communication with international partners.

You will be a key piece in the Tendering Department, leading the technical coordination for the preparation of EPCM project tenders for large desalination plants. Your main responsibility will be to ensure technical excellence and consistency across all disciplines involved in the tendering phase, guaranteeing that we present solid and competitive proposals to our clients.

• Multidisciplinary coordination: Lead and coordinate teams from different disciplines (civil, process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control - I&C) in the preparation of tenders for desalination projects under the EPCM modality. Your focus will be on the tendering phase, not on project execution.
• Documentation management: Manage and coordinate with the leaders of each discipline the collection and delivery of all technical documentation necessary for the correct preparation of the tenders.
• International collaboration: Actively participate in meetings with internal colleagues and international partners, fostering fluid and effective communication for the success of the proposals.
• Technical analysis: Review and validate the technical information received, ensuring its integrity and compliance with project requirements.
• Commercial support: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure that technical tenders reflect the best solutions and meet client expectations.
