The role

At ConfiARTE, we are selecting a Telecommunications Technical Manager to join the Telecommunications department of a consolidated company in Seville.

We are looking for a person with technical training in telecommunications, experience in DTT, and the ability to manage documentation, incidents, planning, and the coordination of work from an office.

We are not looking solely for a field technical profile. We are looking for an organized, resourceful person with technical judgment, capable of coordinating actions, supporting the team, and ensuring the correct follow-up of projects.

What you'll do

You will be the person in charge of supporting the technical and administrative management of the telecommunications area, coordinating work, documentation, and incidents linked to DTT projects and services.

You will work in contact with technicians, clients, suppliers, and the internal team, guaranteeing orderly, efficient, and results-oriented management.

Management and follow-up of work related to telecommunications and DTT.

Coordination with field technicians, suppliers, and the internal team.

Control and review of technical documentation.

Incident management and follow-up of their resolution.

Support in the planning of work, routes, or technical actions.

Review of work reports, reports, and associated documentation.

Liaison with clients and other involved agents.

Administrative and technical support to the telecommunications department.

Control of project status and updating of internal information.

Use of IT management and monitoring tools.
