At SEGULA Technologies, we are looking to hire a BIM Coordinator specialized in MEP Installations to join our engineering team in Madrid, participating in the development and coordination of high-level technical building and industrial installation projects.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with engineering, architecture, and construction teams to ensure the correct implementation and coordination of BIM models during all phases of the project.

- Coordinate and supervise BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installations.

- Verify compliance with the standards and procedures defined in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

- Perform analysis and clash detection, identifying and prioritizing critical conflicts between disciplines.

- Coordinate the integration of installations with the various specialties of the project.

- Participate in technical coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams.

- Guarantee the quality and consistency of the information contained in the BIM models.

- Update, implement, and ensure compliance with BIM standards during the different phases of the project.

- Collaborate in the optimization of BIM processes and methodologies within the organization.
