Data Analyst

• Between 2 and 4 years of previous experience in Data Analysis positions.
• University degree in Statistics, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative areas (complementary training such as an MBA or postgraduate degree in management will be valued).
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dimensional modeling) and advanced Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Solid experience in SQL for querying, modeling, and database management.
• Handling of Microsoft Power Automate for the automation of processes and workflows.
• Practical experience in ETL/ELT processes and integration of data from multiple sources.
• High level of English (C1), suitable for professional communication in international environments.

We are looking to hire a Data Engineer & BI Specialist with an analytical and business-oriented profile to join our team in a hybrid modality in Sant Cugat del Vallés. You will be responsible for connecting the company's strategic needs with effective technological and data solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable data solutions that guarantee the accuracy and availability of information throughout the organization.
• Design, implement, and update dynamic dashboards and executive reports for tracking key indicators.
• Structure, clean, and manage heterogeneous data sources coming from different areas and systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, resolve analytical doubts, and translate data into clear insights for decision-making.
• Automate key processes and workflows to optimize daily operations.
• Define information quality control protocols, metric tracking, and ensure continuous improvement.
