We are looking to hire an HW Engineer (Hardware Engineer) to participate in verification, validation, analysis, and electronic design activities within an automotive sector environment (Tier 1). The selected person will combine laboratory work with progressive responsibilities in technical analysis, simulation, and ensuring the reliability of electronic design.

• Execution of hardware verification tests in the laboratory following defined procedures.
• Hardware validation in pre-compliance environments.
• Documentation of test results and reporting of incidents.
• Analysis of electronic components at a hardware level.
• Performance of Worst Case Analysis (WCA) to ensure design reliability.
• Electrical analysis of analog and digital circuits.
• Electrical simulation using tools such as SPICE.
• Technical support for the development and validation of electronic designs.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (HW, SW, systems, validation).
• Identification of technical risks and proposal of design improvements.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of testing and verification processes.

• Electronic, Industrial, or similar Engineering.

• Experience in electronic hardware design and analysis.
• Experience in laboratory testing and verification.
• Knowledge of electronic circuit analysis (analog and digital).
• Experience in electrical simulation (SPICE or similar).
• Handling of laboratory instrumentation: oscilloscope, power supplies, electronic loads, probes, etc.
• Knowledge of Worst Case Analysis.
• Experience in technical documentation and test reporting.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
• Manual skills for soldering electronic components.
