The role

At BTW we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-impact cross-functional team focused on the evolution of the Open Source and InnerSource ecosystem of a large international organization.

The selected person will participate in the construction, automation, and operation of platforms, tools, and services that support multiple development teams, playing a key role in GitHub Enterprise management and the continuous improvement of the internal user experience.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Manage and evolve integrations with GitHub Apps, webhooks, and repository automations.
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or equivalent tools.
Administer cloud platforms in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
Deploy and operate environments based on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Design and evolve observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
Build dashboards, metrics, and KPIs using tools such as OpenSearch, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Apply GitOps practices and develop self-service capabilities for internal teams.
Participate in incident resolution, advanced troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under Agile methodology, driving continuous improvements in processes and platforms.
