Perform the calculation and sizing of metal structures and industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Use specialized software such as FEMAP for finite element analysis (FEA) simulation of structures and components.
Calculation and verification of welded and pretensioned bolted joints.
Preparation of complementary analytical calculations for the validation of FEM results.
Evaluation of strength, stiffness, fatigue, and structural stability.
Participation in the design and optimization of industrial metal structures.
Drafting of calculation reports and technical reports.
Liaising with design, manufacturing, and project departments.
