We are looking to add to our team in the Barcelona office a QHSE Engineer.

A person with technical training and experience or knowledge in quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention, to participate in the management and monitoring of these areas in civil works projects.

The selected person will primarily carry out their duties from the Barcelona office, although they may perform occasional site visits for monitoring, coordination, and supervision tasks.

We are looking for a profile with training in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Architecture or similar, with knowledge of management systems and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 1090 and ISO 45001 regulations, as well as specific training such as Prevention Delegate and in Occupational Risk Prevention.

What you'll do

  • Management, updating, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 and ISO 1090.
  • Preparation and control of procedures, manuals, quality plans, documentation, and records.
  • Planning and monitoring of quality controls, external inspections, and site documentation.
  • Management and monitoring of Non-Conformities, corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
  • Coordination and participation in internal and external audits, acting as an interlocutor with certification bodies.
  • Management of occupational risk prevention, including safety plans, CAE, and PPE control.
  • Coordination and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and improvement measures on-site and in workplaces.
  • Guaranteeing compliance with Health and Safety regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Promotion of consultation and participation of workers regarding prevention matters.
  • Coordination with external companies and monitoring of compliance with established safety requirements.
  • Comprehensive management of construction, workshop, and office waste, including studies, plans, and annual declarations.
  • Implementation, monitoring, and improvement of information security policies and procedures.
  • Standardization of processes, tools, and workflows to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordination with providers and external companies for security, data protection, and IT services.
  • Monitoring of information security incidents, controls, and audits, ensuring the communication and application of the corresponding measures.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years as an HSEQ Manager in industrial environments.
