We are looking to hire a System Engineer (SYSE) to participate in the development of electronic solutions within the automotive sector (Tier 1). The selected person will be responsible for the definition and management of requirements, system architecture, and technical coordination between the different development disciplines, ensuring the correct integration of the product and compliance with customer needs.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the interfaces between the different development disciplines (Hardware, Software, and Mechanics).

  • Guarantee compliance with applicable standards and regulations in the automotive sector.

Education

  • Electronic, Industrial, or similar Engineering.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D within the automotive sector or complex industrial environments.
  • Experience in systems engineering and requirements management.
  • Knowledge of electronic systems architecture.
  • Experience in technical coordination between Hardware, Software, and Mechanics.
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion, IRQB, or similar).
  • Experience in the analysis and resolution of complex technical problems.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • C1 level of English.
