In our Facilities Engineering division, we get involved in a wide variety of cutting-edge projects, collaborating with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are looking for an Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Project Manager with experience in industrial projects to join one of our teams in Madrid or Barcelona.

• Define the scope, planning, and execution strategy of the project.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring the fulfillment of milestones and deliverables.
• Supervise project progress, identifying deviations and establishing corrective actions.
• Manage risks, priorities, and dependencies between disciplines.
• Act as the main interlocutor with the client throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Coordinate follow-up meetings and ensure correct communication between the parties involved.
• Supervise compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Prepare project follow-up and reporting reports.
• Guarantee correct document management and traceability of decisions made.
• Drive the effective execution of agreed actions and the fulfillment of acquired commitments.
• Cost control in order to ensure compliance with the project budget

We require a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in similar roles, bringing a solid track record in project management within the industrial sector, with a special focus on electrical and/or mechanical disciplines.

• Electrical, mechanical, industrial engineer, or similar with at least 4 years of experience managing engineering, construction, or critical infrastructure projects.
• ADVANCED ENGLISH LEVEL (C1).
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and client management.
• Knowledge of MEP installations is highly valued.
• Knowledge: Autocad, Caneco, Etap, Navisworks
