We are looking to hire a Project Manager / Construction Project Manager specialized in electrical infrastructure and energy projects, to lead power upgrade projects and the installation of electric vehicle charging points in logistics centers and industrial facilities located mainly in Madrid.

What you'll do

What will you do in the project?

Manage electrical power expansion and upgrade projects in industrial and logistics facilities.
Coordinate the installation or replacement of high-voltage primary substations and transformer stations.
Manage electric vehicle charging point installation projects, including low-voltage electrical infrastructure and associated civil works.
Plan and coordinate the different phases of the project, monitoring milestones, deadlines, risks, costs, and deliverables.
Coordinate the various stakeholders involved: site teams, installers, contractors, engineering firms, health and safety coordinators, and facility managers.
Manage the internal processes necessary for site access and compliance with health and safety requirements.
Review designs, technical documentation, plans, and execution proposals, identifying possible deviations or risks before and during the works.
Perform periodic site visits to supervise work progress and coordinate the resolution of incidents.
Prepare progress reports and keep key stakeholders updated on the status of the projects.
Ensure correct coordination between electrical works, civil works, and the daily operation of the facilities.
