We are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to participate in international industrial projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supervising the development of electrical engineering within the project.
Coordinate and supervise the development of electrical projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and technical requirements, acting as a liaison between the client, partners, and internal teams.
Coordinate and supervise the technical team, managing workloads and logged hours.
Monitor and control project milestones.
Resolve issues and technical queries during project development.
Coordinate with other departments and operating centers.
Ensure contractual compliance and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare project progress and tracking reports.
Manage project changes and deviations (change orders).
Review the schedule and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
Supervise and control the production of electrical engineering documentation.
Review and approve electrical technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with the Quality Plan.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the department, proposing improvements to processes, training, and lessons learned.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in coordinating and managing industrial electrical projects.
Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive profile focused on results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of electrical engineering tools such as ETAP, SKM Power Tools, SmartElectrical, or similar is a plus.
Availability to travel.
Participation in reference international industrial projects.
