We are looking for a Mechanical Superintendent to expand one of our teams in Tel Aviv, Israel.

As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of all activities related to the mechanical discipline in EPC projects, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Planning and Execution:
• Develop and supervise the mechanical work plan, ensuring the correct allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, materials).
• Coordinate and control the execution of all mechanical activities on-site, including the assembly of static and rotating equipment, piping systems, HVAC, etc.
• Guarantee compliance with the deadlines and budgets established for mechanical execution.
• Team and Personnel Management:
• Lead and motivate the mechanical work team, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance.
• Supervise the correct use of tools and equipment, guaranteeing their maintenance and availability.
• Manage the hiring and supervision of mechanical subcontractors.
• Quality Control and Safety:
• Implement and ensure compliance with quality control procedures for all mechanical activities.
• Supervise the correct execution of acceptance tests (FAT, SAT) and the commissioning of equipment and facilities.
• Guarantee strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a zero-accident culture.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in mechanical operations.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with other departments (civil, electrical, instrumentation) and with the engineering team to ensure the correct integration of disciplines.
• Maintain fluid and effective communication with the client, project management, and suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports, incidents, and site status reports for project management.
• Technical Documentation Management:
• Supervise the receipt, review, and filing of relevant technical documentation (drawings, specifications, P&IDs, etc.).
• Ensure that on-site activities are executed in accordance with the approved documentation.

• Mechanical, Industrial, or similar Engineering.
• Demonstrable experience of at least 10 years in similar positions, with a strong focus on EPC projects in the industrial sector (Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of technical regulations and industry standards (ASME, API, etc.).
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability in the planning, execution, and control of mechanical projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Hebrew will be positively valued.
• Availability to reside and work in Tel Aviv, Israel.
