About the role

Are you interested in supervising on-site work and ensuring that large industrial projects are executed safely, with quality and high technical standards? At RDT we are looking for INDUSTRIAL SUPERVISORS (CIVIL, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL) to coordinate teams and subcontractors on site, review technical documentation, report progress, and collaborate with engineering and QA/QC on large-scale projects, especially in complex industrial plants and international environments.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of civil, mechanical and/or electrical works on site.

  • Verify that works comply with drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, technical specifications and applicable regulations.

  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety procedures.

  • Carry out inspections, quality controls, dimensional checks, functional tests or trials according to specialty.

  • Identify technical deviations and propose solutions together with the engineering team.

  • Review technical documentation: drawings, material lists, specifications, installation and testing documentation.

  • Coordinate own teams and subcontractors, managing the sequence and priority of works.

  • Control the logistics of materials, machinery and tools on site.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).

  • Prepare daily and/or weekly reports for the Site Manager / Project Manager.

  • Monitor construction progress against the schedule and communicate any deviations.

  • Collaborate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities when required.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) in large industrial plants: energy, petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical, mining, automotive, etc., or international projects.

  • Related technical education: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or similar.

  • Solid knowledge of industrial installations and site technical documentation.

  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, P&IDs, isometrics and electrical diagrams.

  • English upper-intermediate to advanced level for on-site communication and handling of technical documentation.

  • Availability for national and international travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in:

    • QA/QC, quality control or inspections.

    • Pre-commissioning, testing or commissioning.

    • International standards (ACI, ASTM, Eurocodes, IEC…).

  • Certification in HSE (min. 60 hours) or specific training for industrial construction.

  • Knowledge of welding, dimensional control, instrumentation, automation or control systems.

  • Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, document management tools, etc.

  • Experience in EPC projects or international multidisciplinary environments.
