The role

At BETWEEN, we bet on the best talent in the technology sector. We work in areas such as BI, IoT, Big Data, and R&D. In the Operations area, we implement Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, software development, Cloud, and digital transformation projects, among others.

Currently, we are looking for a Product Owner specialized in APIs as a product to join a high-impact project within a highly scalable digital environment, where APIs are a key element for the evolution and operation of technological products.

What you'll do

🚀 Lead the strategy, evolution, and full lifecycle of API products.

📋 Manage and prioritize the backlog, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and team capacity.

🔄 Define and evolve APIs, ensuring their adoption, scalability, and quality over time.

🤝 Coordinate stakeholders and act as the link between business, product, and engineering.

📊 Drive decision-making based on product and performance metrics.

⚡ Monitor key indicators such as latency, availability, adoption, and error rates.

🧩 Collaborate with development teams to ensure continuous value delivery.

🎯 Manage priorities and expectations in a highly complex technological environment with cross-cutting scope.

How you'll work

🌍 Modality: Full Remote.

Requirements

✅ Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Product Manager in technological environments.

✅ Experience managing APIs as a product and participating in their evolution.

✅ Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✅ Experience managing backlog, roadmap, prioritization, and user stories.

✅ Knowledge of the API lifecycle: design, consumption, adoption, versioning, and evolution.

✅ Ability to interact with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and development teams.

✅ Experience managing multiple stakeholders and making decisions in complex environments.

✅ Results-oriented mindset and experience working with product and performance indicators.
