Job Description

We are looking for a Photovoltaic Construction Monitoring Technician with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Teruel (Northern Teruel area, ranging from Híjar to Andorra). You will be a key piece for monitoring the project according to the design, acting as the site connection with the Project Engineer, and facilitating decision-making regarding the design, as well as preparing the project redlines as the construction progresses.

Main Responsibilities

Carry out detailed technical inspection, supervision, and control on site.
Act as the link and direct communication channel between the physical execution of the work and the Project Engineer, facilitating technical decision-making and the swift resolution of issues related to design and execution.
Prepare, update, and continuously compile the project's redline (as-built) drawings, faithfully reflecting the modifications made during the execution of the work to ensure an accurate record.
Manage the technical and scheduling evolution of assigned projects within the corresponding block, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and objectives.
Collaborate closely with the surveying and civil works teams to ensure the precision and quality of the work.
Participate in the technical management (dirección facultativa) regarding the direct supervision of the execution.
Identify opportunities for improvement in execution processes and propose technical solutions.
Verify compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Document the progress of the work, preparing periodic technical reports.
Ensure the correct interpretation and application of the project's photovoltaic drawings and technical specifications.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in construction monitoring, preferably in the photovoltaic sector.
Solid knowledge of civil works, surveying, and construction processes.
60-hour PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) course certification for the Construction Agreement.
Experience in managing redline drawings and project technical documentation.
Ability to carry out inspection, supervision, and control of execution on site.
Knowledge of the duties of the technical management (dirección facultativa) on construction sites.
Availability to work in the Northern Teruel area, spanning from Híjar to Andorra.
