About the role

E-commerce is booming, but independent brands still struggle to match the flawless logistics of giants like Amazon. At Bigblue, we're on a mission to change that. We help brands by democratizing best-in-class operations: enabling them to scale faster while delivering a five-star customer experience.

Since 2018, we've built a technology-driven logistics platform serving more than 500 brands — from fast-growing DTC players to global names like MUJI, Aigle, Scuffers and Cabaïa. With over 110 employees in Paris, Madrid and London, our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System), Atlas, and a network of 7 warehouses across Europe, we're solving logistics challenges others haven't dared to tackle, making fulfillment faster, smarter and more sustainable.

Backed by more than $20 million in funding and the trust of the new generation of e-commerce leaders, we're growing at full speed — from 10 million orders in 2024 toward an ambitious enterprise expansion. The road ahead is bold, and we're looking for the right partner to help us lead it.

You will join one of Bigblue's warehouses and work on-site at our facilities on a daily basis.

In a context of strong growth and a demanding environment, we are looking for a Customer Relationship / Warehouse Success Manager to act as a key link between the warehouse, our quality standards, and operational performance. The goal is to ensure reliable, smooth execution that meets our standards, serving our customers and teams.

Job location: Polígono Industrial Ciudad del Transporte, Calle la Picota, No. 4, Unit B, 19180 Marchamalo, Guadalajara
