Bigblue is looking for an experienced, results-oriented warehouse specialist to coordinate our warehouse.

This role represents a key function within Bigblue's Operations team to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

(1) Teamwork and process improvement

Warehouse control: dashboard management

Monitor the warehouse incident and metrics dashboard, which tracks critical issues or exceptions. Address and resolve escalated problems promptly, ensuring minimal impact on warehouse operations and merchant satisfaction.

Conduct research and gather information as requested to support decision-making processes or obtain relevant data from internal systems or external sources.

Periodically review data in our internal tool Metabase, ensuring accuracy, completeness and tracking KPIs to alert if the warehouse is at risk on its daily SLAs. Ensure daily warehouse tasks are completed. Identify and rectify any data discrepancies or issues, collaborating with relevant internal teams.

Identify and investigate any anomalies or discrepancies in warehouse operations, such as lack of follow-up on inbound conditions, inventory discrepancies or process deviations. Implement corrective actions and communicate findings to the appropriate parties.

(2) Operational responsibilities

Manual work and imaging.

Perform manual tasks as required by our clients and our needs.

Capture and document visual information through photographs as needed. This may include recording damaged products, documenting product conditions or providing visual evidence for quality control purposes.

Periodically perform stock checks, cycle counts or physical inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels. Identify and investigate any discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Coordinate and manage the allocation of packaging materials to ensure efficient and accurate order packing.
