The role

You've probably walked past our lockers on the streets of your city. That's where it starts! But we're building something much bigger: the infrastructure layer for how Europe receives deliveries.

We've scaled past €100M in revenue across 9 countries in under four years, with tens of millions of people using our products every month. And we're now one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive strategic account development and foster long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients in the Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) industry.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to drive revenue growth;

  • Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to key accounts;

  • Ensure sustainable account growth with a focus on long-term partnerships;

  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, marketing, and product development, to develop compelling solution offerings;

  • Lead contract discussions, ensuring optimal outcomes for both the company and clients;

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts;

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to deliver value-driven solutions to clients;

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen relationships and drive brand awareness.

How you'll work

Based remotely in Spain, this role requires frequent travel to client sites across the country, as well as occasional visits to offices in other European locations.

Warning

Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it. If you need everything pre-structured to do good work, this isn't the role.
