The mission of the Facility Coordinator is to provide operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Facility Management team, ensuring the correct technical, documentary, and financial management of real estate assets.

Their main objective is to guarantee operational efficiency, cross-departmental coordination, and the availability of updated information to allow for agile and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support to the department, managing tasks such as collections for leased spaces, deposits, outstanding amounts with public entities, and municipal fees.
  • Administer and update the technical and documentary information of the centers (inventories, floor plans, contracts, certificates, licenses, etc.).
  • Coordinate communication with suppliers, technicians, and center managers to organize interventions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Control and follow up on key dates (renewals, inspections, expirations, etc.).
  • Manage incidents and tickets in maintenance platforms.
  • Archive and control insurance documentation, permits, and contracts.
