The role

Participate in the construction and updating of financial models that support business decision-making, collaborating in the analysis of acquisition opportunities and real estate asset development, as well as in the preparation of business plans and financial projections

What you'll do

  • Participate in the preparation, maintenance, and updating of the company's financial models.

  •  Analyze financial and operational information to support the preparation of business plans and financial projections.

  • Collaborate in the updating of the company's expansion plans.

  • Provide support in the financial analysis of new acquisition and real estate development opportunities.

  • Prepare financial models, scenarios, and profitability analyses to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the Finance and Real Estate teams in the collection and validation of relevant information for financial analyses.

  • Support the preparation of financial documentation for banking entities, investors, and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for business monitoring.

  • Use Excel and other financial tools for data analysis and modeling.

Occasionally, you will also be responsible for:

  • Providing support in the preparation of reports and presentations for shareholders, banks, and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with the various departments of the company on specific financial projects and analyses.

  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
