Job description

You will be the person responsible for ensuring the proper comprehensive management of a portfolio of homeowner communities, providing an efficient, quality service focused on client satisfaction.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Comprehensive management of homeowner communities.

Preparation, convening, and attendance at ordinary and extraordinary meetings.

Drafting of minutes and follow-up on agreements.

Preparation and control of community budgets.

Oversight of the economic and financial situation of the communities.

Management of incidents and coordination of suppliers/vendors.

Requesting, analyzing, and negotiating budgets for works and services.

Follow-up on preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings.

Advisory services to presidents and governing boards.

Management of unpaid debts and follow-up on recovery actions.

Ensuring compliance with current regulations on horizontal property.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Vocational training in administration (CFGM) and/or similar studies.

Previous experience as a property manager and/or in similar roles.

Organized, proactive, and decisive individuals. Ability to lead meetings and manage complex situations.

Comfortable using office software tools.

Languages: bilingual Catalan and Spanish.

What do we offer?

Permanent contract with immediate start.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. July and August: intensive schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Work area: Sant Just Desvern.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Gestión integral de comunidades de propietarios.

Preparación, convocatoria y asistencia a juntas ordinarias y extraordinarias.

Redacción de actas y seguimiento de acuerdos.

Elaboración y control de presupuestos comunitarios.

Supervisión de la situación económica y financiera de las comunidades.

Gestión de incidencias y coordinación de proveedores/as.

Solicitud, análisis y negociación de presupuestos para obras y servicios.

Seguimiento de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los edificios.

Asesoramiento a presidentes y juntas de gobierno.

Gestión de impagados y seguimiento de acciones de recobro.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de propiedad horizontal.
