What you'll get
A stable project with a permanent contract.

The role
Your mission: To handle and route all incoming demand via phone and web at Bluespace, based on the objectives and needs of each center. The goal is to secure a sale or move-in through phone contracting, reservations, or visits, directing each potential customer to the most suitable center according to their needs, with the right information.
What you'll do
Answer calls from potential customers to identify their needs, advise on the best solution, and close the sale, reservation, or visit at one of the Bluespace centers. Additionally, during the same call, you have the ability to offer and sell the moving service.
You will be responsible for following the strategy agreed upon or defined by the SCTM.
Handle inquiries from potential customers arriving via the web, maintaining high responsiveness standards with the goal of closing the sale, reservation, or visit at a center.
Follow up on opportunities sent to the centers, as well as on the pipeline of unclosed demand.
Implement the company's Sales Process, propose improvements, and adapt to its updates as they are implemented.
Use CRM and MyQM tools quickly and efficiently.
Evaluate and score calls using MyQM to drive personal improvement and achieve the monthly evaluation targets.
Review and prepare the incoming demand before the workday begins to maximize efficiency and manage it with the utmost speed possible.
Have a thorough knowledge of the Bluephone Tree tool.
Implement and follow the new 431 process in an organized manner across all channels (Phone, WhatsApp, and Email).
