MISSION
Contribute to the continuous improvement and application of efficiencies within the Department, controlling the proper functioning of tools alongside operational support, ensuring their correct use, and managing any incidents related to them.
Participate in projects as a Business Expert, either individually or together with the Project Risk Manager, at both a Departmental and Cross-functional level.

· Create and refine granting scores (internal, generic to the BNP Paribas group, or external).
· Implement and develop expert systems for retail risk decision-making.
· Perform statistical studies related to retail credit risk.
· Monitor the performance of decision systems (back-testing).
· Analyze and explain fluctuations in risk indicators.
· Build databases adapted to the needs of the Risk area.
· Carry out statistical studies for risk management and supervision.
· Collaborate in Retail Risk Committees at local and international levels.
· Develop and update Arval corporate credit policies for retail.
· Improvement of processes and tools.
· Assist and advise users of the Risk tools. Manage incidents regarding the Risk tools.
· Complete the established Controls on the Risk tools and linked processes.
· Participate in the definition of KPIs and actions for the continuous improvement of the Department and their monitoring.
· Identify and define improvements in collaboration with other Business Experts at a local level and counterparts in other countries.
· Participate in the analysis and management of the various development requests from the Department and the rest of the business, analyzing feasibility and possible impacts.
· Collaborate with functional and software quality analysts in the drafting of requirements and validation of specifications, as well as in the optimization of system testing processes.
