The role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join Bolt for Business in Spain - someone who sees a client portfolio not as something to maintain, but as something to grow.

You'll own the commercial performance of an assigned portfolio of well-known business customers: driving active usage, increasing transaction volumes, upselling across Bolt's product range, and identifying opportunities to scale success across accounts. It's a high-energy, proactive role for someone who's motivated by measurable outcomes and comfortable moving fast.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of business clients and drive measurable growth - usage, upsell, and expansion are your core metrics.

  • Stay close to your accounts through regular calls, meetings, and on-site visits - high activity is part of the job.

  • Push adoption of new features and use cases to keep volumes growing.

  • Build and execute account growth plans that turn good clients into great ones.

  • Take full ownership of client performance - advising, optimising, and making sure every account gets maximum value from Bolt.

  • Handle queries fast and always steer conversations toward growth.

  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, Operations, and the Country Manager to find and close upsell opportunities.

  • Support new client onboarding and make sure they hit the ground running.

How you'll work

  • Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.

Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.

At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there's a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You're still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high when using AI tools.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying!

About the company & team

Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.

From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.

And we're just getting started.
