Técnico laboral

Contract management: Drafting, processing, and monitoring of employment contracts, extensions, and modifications in official systems (Contrat@).

Labor relations and disciplinary regime: Preparation of dismissal letters (disciplinary, objectives), settlements, final payments, as well as the drafting of disciplinary letters and the sanctions regime.

Personnel administration: Management, control, and scheduling of vacations, leaves, paid permits, and monitoring of temporary disabilities.

Management of per diems and expenses: Review, validation, and calculation of per diems, travel, and supplements for integration into the payroll process.

Data analysis and reporting: Control of labor costs, monitoring of staff numbers, and generation of operational reports through the use of analytical tools.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience performing labor-technical functions in Personnel Administration departments, Labor Management/Consultancy firms, or as a Consultant in Temporary Employment Agencies (ETT).

Technical skills:

Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and analysis of large volumes of data).

Regular use of labor management software (A3NOM, SAGE, Siltra, Sistema RED, Delta/IGLUS).

High capacity for organization, planning, and analytical rigor.

Proven multitasking ability to simultaneously manage incidents and projects with different deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Solid knowledge of current labor legislation and collective agreements.
