- Solid knowledge and experience in financial and analytical accounting.
- Ability to interpret accounting statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and budgetary monitoring.

Mission of the role:
Lead the administrative management of the People Department, ensuring the control, analysis, and monitoring of the area's main indicators, providing reliable information to facilitate decision-making and drive the continuous improvement of processes. Likewise, guarantee the rigor and correct interpretation of the economic, budgetary, and accounting information linked to the area.

What will you do?
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor KPIs and dashboards for the People area.
- Detect deviations, identify causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Perform cost analyses, budgets, and monitoring of area projects.
- Perform the accounting control and monitoring of the items associated with the People Department, ensuring the consistency and reliability of the economic information.
- Transform data into useful information for management decision-making.
- Coordinate the consolidation and quality of data coming from the different People teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement.
- Participate in the definition of new indicators, reports, and analysis tools.
- Supervise the administrative team and guarantee the efficiency of administrative processes.
