The role

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, committed person with leadership skills to join us as a Level 2 Supervisor. This position plays a key role in production monitoring, team coordination, and continuous process improvement, contributing to the smooth running of the section and the achievement of established objectives.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Control and monitor the main production indicators.
Guarantee compliance with service and order deadlines.
Supervise the performance of the different production lines daily.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of work processes.
Analyze production data to detect incidents and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate in problem-solving and the implementation of corrective actions.
Provide support in the management and coordination of the production team.
Participate in monitoring absenteeism and in defining actions to reduce its impact.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards of the section.

The schedule will be Monday to Friday from 6:00h to 14:40h.
