Production Manager

From the LALIGA Infrastructure Management, we are looking to bring on a Production Manager to lead strategic technology and systems projects in stadiums, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and first-class international standards.

🎯 Your impact in the role

As Production Manager within the Infrastructure Department, you will take on the comprehensive management of technology projects in stadiums, ensuring their proper planning, execution, and commissioning.

You will be a key point of connection between engineering, clubs, and suppliers, ensuring that each project meets the highest technical, budgetary, and regulatory standards.

🛠️ Main responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive management of technology infrastructure projects in stadiums, from design to final delivery.
• Oversee planning, production control, costs, and budgets, ensuring efficiency and economic sustainability.
• Coordinate engineering teams in technical development, solution definition, and drafting of specifications.
• Monitor construction work through on-site visits, preparation of technical reports, and control meeting minutes.
• Take on technical direction and supervise the proper execution, commissioning, and validation of projects.
• Coordinate relationships with clubs, suppliers, and working groups, aligning objectives and ensuring smooth execution.
• Participate in inspections, technical events, and national and international meetings related to infrastructure and technology.

Essential requirements

• Degree in technical or higher engineering (audiovisual, industrial, electrical, or computer science).
• More than 10 years of experience in managing security and audiovisual system projects in sports or highly complex technical environments.
• Solid experience in comprehensive construction management, production control, and budget tracking.
• Advanced knowledge of security systems, lighting, public address systems, CCTV, and audiovisual solutions.
• Specific training in technologies such as Avigilon, Bosch, or similar.
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (60 hours).
• You have a B2 level of English or higher.
• High availability for travel and on-site work at facilities.

🎯 Tu impacto en el rol

Como Responsable de Producción dentro de la Dirección de Infraestructuras, asumirás la gestión integral de proyectos tecnológicos en estadios, asegurando su correcta planificación, ejecución y puesta en marcha.

Serás un punto de conexión clave entre ingeniería, clubes y proveedores, garantizando que cada proyecto cumpla los más altos estándares técnicos, presupuestarios y normativos.

🛠️ Principales responsabilidades

• Liderar la gestión integral de proyectos de infraestructuras tecnológicas en estadios, desde el diseño hasta la entrega final.
• Supervisar planificación, control de producción, costes y presupuestos, asegurando eficiencia y sostenibilidad económica.
• Coordinar equipos de ingeniería en el desarrollo técnico, definición de soluciones y redacción de pliegos.
• Realizar seguimiento de obra mediante visitas presenciales, elaboración de informes técnicos y actas de control.
• Asumir la dirección facultativa y supervisar la correcta ejecución, puesta en marcha y validación de los proyectos.
• Coordinar la relación con clubes, proveedores y grupos de trabajo, alineando objetivos y garantizando una ejecución fluida.
• Participar en inspecciones, eventos técnicos y reuniones nacionales e internacionales vinculadas a infraestructuras y tecnología.

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Titulación en Ingeniería técnica o superior (rama audiovisual, industrial, eléctrica o informática).
• Más de 10 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de seguridad y sistemas audiovisuales en entornos deportivos o de alta complejidad técnica.
• Experiencia sólida en gestión integral de obra, control de producción y seguimiento presupuestario.
• Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas de seguridad, iluminación, megafonía, CCTV y soluciones audiovisuales.
• Formación específica en tecnologías como Avigilon, Bosch o similares.
• Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (60h).
• Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.
• Alta disponibilidad para desplazamientos y trabajo presencial en instalaciones.
