- Knowledge of Lean methodology.
- Experience in production environments (food industry is a plus).
- Analytical capacity and results orientation.

Minimum Training

University degree or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in technical, industrial, management, or food industry fields (engineering, business administration, operations, or similar).
Specific training in Lean methodology, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.

Job Description

At bonÀrea, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement (Lean) Model Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of the model throughout the entire organization.
The selected person will be key to driving a transversal transformation, ensuring the integration of the model into the company's processes, culture, and structure, as well as its sustainability and alignment with strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and evolution of the Continuous Improvement Model, adapting it to become bonÀrea's own model.
- Define and execute the deployment roadmap across the different sections of the organization.
- Coordinate with areas such as Methods, Quality, Prevention, or Agile to guarantee coherence, integration, and the absence of duplications.
- Lead and coordinate the Continuous Improvement teams (central and local), driving transversal work with plant operations.
- Design and promote continuous improvement training at all levels of the organization.
- Develop internal competencies to guarantee the autonomy of the model and reduce dependence on external consultancy.
- Define and execute the audit and monitoring system for the model, ensuring its sustainability.
- Monitor the results and impact of projects through clear indicators.
- Drive Yokoten (sharing and scalability of best practices) throughout the entire organization.
