About the role

The tasks will be distributed within the same department across two different areas: Packaging Material Design and Maintenance, and i4.0 Projects

  • Packaging: Analysis of packaging materials: search for alternative materials, cost-saving projects, and quality improvement
  • Packaging: Correction of errors in packaging master data
  • Packaging: Support to the PDC – Packaging Design Coordinator in the development of new packaging
  • I4.0: Programming of neural network algorithms in Python in order to establish correlations between automated measurements and user data
  • I4.0: Optimization of a colorimetric measurement database
  • I4.0: Analysis and visualization of data 

What you'll get

Monthly stipend:            800€ gross / month

How you'll work

Start date:         immediate

Duration:                    6 months 

                                     40h per week

Working hours:                      full-time: 08:00h - 17:00h, 1 hour for lunch

Requirements

Mechanical, Industrial, or Industrial Design Engineer or similar

Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks

High level of English (spoken and written)

Ability to speak and manage projects with suppliers

Ability to manage projects independently

Desirable: Knowledge of plastic and cardboard manufacturing

Equipment: PackIT and PackMDM roles, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PDF editor licenses
