At Carrefour, we are selecting a student or recent graduate to join our Quality and Sustainable Development team through a 6-month Internship Program at our Omega Headquarters.

What will your functions be during the internship?
As part of your learning plan and support to the department, you will be trained and will collaborate in:
Customer quality management: Attention and follow-up of customer complaints.
Control indicators: Monthly monitoring of customer quality and food safety indicators.
Audits and analysis: Follow-up of audits carried out on stores by approved laboratories, as well as analysis of food handled in-store, surfaces, and physico-chemical testing.
Inspections and regulations: Management of reports issued by the Health Inspection and definition of hygiene and sanitary requirements in-store to ensure compliance with current legislation and the Carrefour Group's internal standards.
Labeling: Definition of the labeling for products packaged in-store.
Academic training: Degree or Bachelor's in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Agricultural Engineering.
Specialization: Master's in Food Technology, Control, and Safety (ongoing or recently completed).
Languages: Intermediate/high level of English and French.
Competencies: Analytical capacity, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
