About the role

From the TEF6 engineering team, we coordinate projects and provide support to all areas of the electronic sensor factory for automobiles at Bosch Madrid. Our daily work combines work on highly automated production lines with the management of cutting-edge digital tools.

We are looking for engineering students with enthusiasm to enter this industry, with a desire to learn, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset.

In our group, you will be able to learn about all production areas of the RBEM factory, where we manufacture electronic components for automotive. Specifically, you will carry out:

What you'll do

  • Planning, execution, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects.
  • Application of BPS methodology (Bosch Production System) in production.
  • Efficient organization of production: material flow (FIFO, Supermarkets), stock reduction, One-Piece-Flow.
  • Obtaining and interpreting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for automated production lines.
  • Value Stream Mapping & Design: reflecting current and future production flows in the factory.
  • Methods and times for collaboration between operators and industrial robots.

What you'll get

Monthly stipend:            800€ gross / month

How you'll work

Duration:                    6 months 

                                     40h per week

Working hours:                      full-time: 08:00h - 17:00h, 1 hour for lunch
