Requirements
What we're looking for
- Recently completed a bachelor's or master´s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- One year of relevant experience would be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English (B2+/C1), any other European language is a plus.
- Passion for technology and innovation with a strong interest in product development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or other Agile project management software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management processes is a plus.
The role
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join the EMEA Salesforce product team. This role offers hands-on experience in product management, digital transformation, CRM technology, and Agile software delivery while contributing to initiatives that support commercial teams across EMEA.
Working closely with the EMEA Product Owner, development team, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, you will support the product lifecycle from requirements discovery and backlog preparation through testing, release communications, and user adoption. You will receive coaching while increasing ownership of well-defined deliverables and building knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and EMEA commercial processes.
What you'll do
- Assist the EMEA Product Owner in maintaining, organizing, and prioritizing the Salesforce product backlog in alignment with business objectives and the product roadmap.
- Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams across EMEA.
- Create and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Support stakeholder demos and track delivery progress, risks, and follow-up actions, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Support functional testing and prepare release notes, presentations, training materials, to support successful launches and user adoption.
- Collaborate with technology, commercial, marketing, data and compliance teams to support consistent and scalable EMEA solutions.
